It's totally vegan friendly with the correct products but you can add whatever products you want in to customize it! *INGREDIENTS: Cauliflower cheese sauce: 2 Cups Steamed Cauliflower 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast 2 tbsp tahini Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbspn onion powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2-3/4 cup veggie stock Pasta noodles of choice - Cook the pasta according to the package instructions with some chopped up veggies of choice in the water too (i.e. carrot and broccoli). You can then add the sauce ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Drain the pasta and veggies and mix through the sauce.
