I felt ill yesterday... I made food and sat down on the couc..

I felt really nauseous & hot and shivery (always a warningsign for me that I might blackout soon) and my heart was racing like crazy... I feel better now after drinking some water and getting some sugar, but maybe I should take it a little more slow. I will go to the doctor soon anyways so I'll also do some bloodwork aswell. Just to be sure! Sorry for not chatting or working anymore yesterday, but that was bad. Feeling better today, but still...
