My sweaty back slid a bit my first try, but got the weight back up for 2 lil bbs. I won't lie they aren't that bad for the weight. My lockout was good, and my core remained engaged. I didn't feel anything in my back at all either
Covid last year took so much of my strength. I haven't been able to do 3 plates since. So to add the lil bb 10s and actually lock the weight up felt great!
