More behind the Reason why, because I’m trying to be more open about my real life….(if you don’t wanna read about my lady problems stop here 😂)
I don’t always post about my personal life, and those who have been around forever know this lol. But Every month is a wee difficult around this time, as I get very, very sick because of my period. Every so often my lady biz hits me EXTRA hard, making me extra sick, not like cramps….actually sick. Nauseous/getting sick for days, night/day sweats, I dip to such a low depression, anxiousness and self hate that I feel like the worlds biggest failure. Making leaving my room just to drive my little to school or cook is a huge chore. I’ll cry for hours/days, uncontrollably binge eat until I’m physically sick. Every month has been like this since I can remember and has progressed more, more as I’ve gotten older. I don’t totally like talking about it because I’ve been told my whole life, “I’m overreacting” “it’s normal” “welcome to being a woman” “It gets better”…. I know now it’s definitely not normal at all, nor is it getting better.
So I’ve been looking for a hormone specialist to see in hopes of final getting some sort of help. I wanna be productive during those times, not frozen and sick. I want to be healthy and happy. Not hurting.
