🕑 Added 2021-10-21 22:03:43 +0000 UTC I had my first ever personal training session today and let me tell you I was SO nervous 😂On my way there I kept thinking, “Wtf did I just get myself into?!” “I don’t really wanna interact with anybody today (or like ever lololol)”…..”Omg what if I can’t preform any of these exercises, and look an absolute fool!?” 🤣
She easily reassured me that I’m not as weak as I worried I was, and also kicked my ass. She was so sweet and motivating too! Showed me stuff I wanted to learn (more weightlifting, form, compound movements) Over the last couple years, I have watched some of the coaches at my gym train people and I’m like 😳😮 nooooooo that’s all wrong lol
And she’s already trying to talk me into bikini competitions lololol So yeah…. ya girl signed up for more training, and I am about to get snatched asf! I’m super excited y’all! 😍☠️
