I don't like winter. Not even because of the cold. I don't have enough sunlight. In winter, it's always harder for me to wake up in the morning because it's still dark. It's dark in the evening too. During the day, sunlight is only visible for a few hours and it is very dim. It's like I'm going into hibernation. The brain does not secrete the necessary amount of endorphin, dopamine and serotonin, and this has a strong effect on well-being… I have less time to do, I am less mobile (a taxi cannot get to my house due to weather conditions, and I do not drive a car). The skin dries because of the hot batteries in the house, without which it is impossible to keep warm. For people with mental disorders like mine, it's a lot of torture, but I know how to deal with it...
