Self-love is a deep respect and devotion to one's own personality.😌✨💞 It means accepting yourself as you are, with all your flaws and strengths.🌷💕 It is the ability to take care of your physical and emotional well-being, the ability to set boundaries and to advocate for yourself.😇🌿
Self-love is not selfish or self-centered.☝️😉 On the contrary, it is the basis for healthy relationships with others, as only by loving yourself can you love others.😊☀️💞 It also avoids the codependence on the approval of others and the constant striving to conform to someone else's expectations.🥰🌸
