I recently decided to try something new and went to my first pylon class ๐๐๐๐ I just fell in love with the sport! ๐๐ชI never thought that the pylon could be such an amazing full body workout ๐ Every muscle is working hard ๐ช and flexibility and strength only get better with every training sessionโจ
Do you think I should keep doing this? ๐๐๐๐
