My new morning routine has calmed all my stress down. I wake up, don’t drink coffee, don’t smoke weed, just go to the beach and swim, do 100 pushups. I catch some waves with my body (I gotta buy a new surf board if anyone wants to help 😜 and then bike back home. Very refreshing for my soul.
