From being in a long term relationship and having multiple mental breakdowns, I finally managed to change my life and break the cycle! Moving in with my best friend and starting university for the first time was one of the best decisions I have made for myself! I have been able to get in touch with myself, start healing my mental health, grow a support network, and have time to enjoy ventures such as this! I have had a few hurdles this year, and I tripped on all of them. But I've picked myself up each time too. Becoming my own doctor in a sense, by learning about my mental and physical health problems. My herniated discs in my lower spine have caused a lot of grief the last few months and it has been grueling. But I've made it through! I've found an excellent book on spinal problems, have an appointment with a spinal specialist, and a steroid injection soon! I'm taking advantage of my good days 😜 but I hope you will persist with me through any low periods. I bounce back quick! Looking forward to getting to know you 🥰😘 Cassie xxx
