I have this condition where my knee caps literally hang off half way and then cause rubbing and deterioration on the back of my kneecap. Anyway, I was playing with my kids yesterday and hurt myself so bad I can't even bend my leg. So long story short, the video I was going to film today it's probably gonna be put off for just a couple of days. But don't worry guys! I'll still make sure you're taken care of. π
