🕑 Added 2021-03-03 18:16:06 +0000 UTC heyyyy there beautiful mama. 🤍 that baby did a number on your body. and your mind. and I promise you I know allll about it and what you’re feeling right now. I know how easy it is to hate your stretch marks or how your nipples point to your toes or the way your labia sticks out now after nurturing a new life. I know what it feels like to have the father of your baby use what pregnancy did to your body against you and as an excuse to bully you. I know how freaking hard society pushes our brains to think that HOWEVER our body responds to childbirth is anything less than normal or beautiful. it’s ✨complete bullshit✨ but no mas. nay nay. WE, T O G E T H E R, are changing that belief system and narrative in our lives. and it’ll probably be hard man. I’ve come a long ways personally, still have a long ways to go and it hasn’t been easy. it takes consistently reminding ourselves what we desire to be our truth, taking each negative thought captive and replacing with a positive and helpful one and giving ourselves a whhoolllleeeee lotta grace. it’s okay that our bodies are the way they are. it’s okay that our mentality about our bodies is pretty flerucked up right now. s’all good, baby. we’re just going to take it one day at a time. one step at a time, t o g e t h e r. we’re growing our mental health and self-perceptions t o g e t h e r . innit allll taagether bb🤍👯♀️ . . . #bodypositive #bodylove #curvy #curvybod #curvybody #mombodlove #mombody #mombodylove #collaboration #selfdevelopment #growthmindset #growth #rajaparodi #lawakvanjava #janganserius #twittermemes #1cak #fokusmas #anakkuliah #tweetgram #betjanda #dramatwitterid
