But honestly, it’s a bit boring without them — dreams are so mysterious and sometimes so vivid. You know, those dreams where you feel like you’re playing a game and realize it? Sometimes I have dreams where I think, “I should wake up now because it’s soooo scary!” 😱
I recently listened to a sleep podcast by a sleep expert, and they shared an interesting fact: we forget up to 95% of our dreams within 5 minutes of waking up! Isn’t it amazing how our brain erases those moments so quickly?
Do you have dreams often?
Confess, how often do you have dreams in which I am present?😈
