I had formatting issues when uploading the video, I uploaded it in two different aspect ratios because one is small. Please excuse the technical difficulties! BUT ANYWAYS!
Quick workout. I came to realize that 1. Iβm OUT OF SHAPE. And 2. I donβt have optimal space to work out. (Which I guess is good. Who needs to workout anyways? π· Iβm planning ahead π·) Iβm definitely feeling/loving the new weight these days. Iβm hungry for more fat π₯΅ I think the next vid will be measurements?
