(*for sure, I am becoming master in heavy lifting*) Past weeks were a rollercoaster. In middle of november I left for very intense 10 day meditation retreat (vipassana). they took first day our phones and gave us them back on last day. first message i read on my phone was from mom that my beloved granny died... and that next day is funeral. It were very emotinal days and i took few more days out of internet to process all feelings, emotions. Took time for a grief, to say goodbye to my granny... I feel like everything what wanted to be felt and expressed got its space. ... Now I feel so much grattitude and happiness. For my granny. For my family. For life i live. thank you so much for being with me <3 hope you all are having nourishing days. and that upcoming Christmas time gonna be for all of you peaceful and based in heart space. Life is too short. Lets live it to fullest and with all its colours <3
