🕑 Added 2022-09-21 10:07:04 +0000 UTC I call this one SPD = split personality disorder recently I read a book about ''Internal Family Systems Model'' which view the mind as made up of relatively discrete subpersonalities, each with its own unique viewpoint and qualities. ... so if you are noticing that there is more voices within you (and i am sure that there are, and often conflicted) i wanna gently push you with pinkie fingertip to go and study and explore and feel yourself more. over year ago i naturally started with kind of selfparenting. taking care of parts of myself who were in past hurt, used, unloved, abandoned,... or whatever else which made some wounds i carry till now. wounds which are negatively affecting my present wellbeing. ... i fully realised that i cant expect being hold and saved by someone from outside. so i started to seek those holding loving arms within me. so i became mother, lover and friend to myself. such a great gift to find nourishment within myself. it is getting long. :D gonna stop. now. ...and wish you peace and warmth in hearth <3 Beeb
