I want to show you a little of my daily life, I must milk myself every 4 hours during the day so that the milk does not accumulate in the breasts and I can get mastitis during a milking from 8 am to 12 am, letting the breasts fill every 4 hours. a total of ounces were 64 ounces in one day considering that apart from the 64 ounces I had to feed the baby with my breast milk.
Guys, now imagine how many ounces I could get in 16 hours with the milk accumulated in my breasts without breastfeeding the baby and without milking myself for 16 hours, it would be an incredible amount of milk.😳🥛
