As a mini-life update, I started personal training this week! I enrolled in a 12-week program that will train me in deadlifting, squating and benching. I'm super excited to begin a new chapter on working on my body, and hopefully share my learnings with you all sometime in the future :D.
I also start my full-time job this Monday, so I'm taking this weekend to accept the fact that I'm working now until I retire LOL. I also graduate next month, so I have a month where I'm a full-time student while also juggling a full-time job. But don't worry y'all, I have more content coming soon hehe.
