Hi everyone! I just hit send on the last renewal reward vide..
🕑 Added 2024-09-05 21:50:39 +0000 UTC Hi everyone! I just hit send on the last renewal reward videos to go out to those that renewed in August. There always seems to be some confusion around these renewal rewards videos so let me explain who gets these videos.1. You have to have subscribed in July or earlier.
2. You had to have left re-bill on
3. Your subscription had to have automatically renewed at the rate of $14.99
If steps 1-3 happen, you get the video.
- Resubscribing after your subscription expires, does not qualify for the renewal rewards video.
-Subscribing in August does not qualify for the August renewal video, but it does qualify you for the September renewal video as long as steps 1-3 listed above is met.
-IF YOU QUALIFY FOR THE VIDEO AND DIDN’T GET IT, PLEASE MESSAGE ME. -This is a manual process that requires me to go line by line to complete for every fan. I could have missed you.
-If you signed up for multiple months and didn’t get the video after you have been a fan for over a month, please message me to make sure you’re on the “long term fan” list to get them each month.
Again, thank you all so much for being here. I’m sorry for the confusion that these videos sometimes cause. I do them as a thank you for your loyalty and support and in no way am trying to cause trouble or make anyone feel unappreciated. Love you all.
