Itās something thatās a semi regular practice for me. I enjoy automatic writing as well as being intentional with writing about what I want my life to look like, but writing about it as if thatās my experience. No Iām not delusional š Itās actually a way to change your brain chemistry and get endorphins flowing when you get into a state of gratitude. This could also be considered a form of visualization practice. I also enjoy journaling as a reflective process to dissect whatās going on in my life and how Iām feeling inside about it.
