During this camp, I filmed my Religion of Sports โAlpha and Omegaโ, documentary and I regret to say I was not always nice to the camera guy being all up in my workouts. ๐
One thing Iโve I learned in fight camp is that you can always apologize when itโs over, and if people truly support you, they will forgive you when you do ๐
Iโd train in San Diego during the week, then fly home to Colorado for the weekends. It was extremely un-restful ๐คฃ
