What does that look like for you?
Understanding and acceptance are real primary steps to healing. For many of us, understanding and accepting our realities is difficult truly because many of our lives were based in trauma. Its hard to envision what kind of person you COULD be if trauma didnt exist am I right?
This is what we are here to do. Heal, work on these things one day at a time, one moment at a time, one breath... Forgive yourself, and lets do this work :)
