🕑 Added 2024-06-02 15:20:02 +0000 UTC In my experience, the keys to an immersive training experience for slaves are clarity and repetition. If there are moments of confusion on what is expected next, or on how it's supposed to be executed, trying to figure out the right course of action will almost always lead to overthinking and losing sub space.Further, if a mistake is made because of lack of instruction, the ensuing punishment can feel unjust, which doesn't lend itself to good behavior. On the other hand, repetition with proper instruction reinforces the right behavior further, making the slave rely even less on ratonality and more on instinct.
The slave training segments of '247' was shot with a single softbox from above and with a slight echo added to all sound to reinforce the feeling of a harsh and uncaring space. The added whirring sound of an industrial fan and ambient synths help too.
