Remember when I mentioned I was looking for a new hobby? 🧐
Well, I decided to try paddleboarding! And I’m surprised at how much I loooved it!! 😍😍😍
I didn’t even want to listen to music or talk to anyone 🤫 It might sound a bit sad, but sometimes you really just need to be alone and listen to the sounds of nature 🍃
My therapist once told me that rest and entertainment are actually two different things, and it's important to take time for yourself without your phone or any videos/games!
Honestly, after just two hours in silence, with the sound of the water, watching the lilies, dragonflies, and drifting with the current, I feel more refreshed than if I’d stayed home watching YouTube 🥰

Of course, I can’t do it all day, LOL, but a couple of hours? Pure bliss 🤤
