Soooo.... depression is hard guys. Mental illness is no joke. And I just feel the need to address it a bit real quick. I was supposed to take this workout video on Monday lol. And it's now Friday, and I just finished it. I'm so proud of myself for finally working out, like it says, for the first time in years, but I still have the nagging guilt that I should have posted it sooner. Should have been on time, should've tried harder, blah blah blah. I'm choosing to not think that way and be happy for myself anyway. I hope everyone can understand that too, and be okay with me being a little late and not pushing myself 24/7. I understand this is my job, and I appreciate all your support no matter what, but my mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health are my top priorities right now. Work and career will come soon, but in the meantime, I hope you can still enjoy my late posts and slower days💗💗💗 Enjoy my Movement Monday workout, a killer glutes set🥵
