I’ve been focused on some areas of personal growth lately that I wanted to share. I’ve been focused on improving my self-confidence & also learning to self-regulate my nervous system & emotions. This shit is not easy!! 😅
I’ve been finding myself mediating often throughout the day, along with reflecting on my feelings and where they come from. I’m learning how to break old patterns of behavior and developing new habits 🥰
I have a long way to go but I can already feel a weight is lifted in my daily life and I am SIGNIFICANTLY happier ♥️
