hi there π bathtub sick girl vlog for you :)
Just talking a little about what's going on, i think i talk about my mood and how i'm feeling, as well as talking a little bit about my hope to move apartment soon π
Getting sick was honestly pretty good for my mental health I think. I sometimes tell myself i'll take a break and I never end up actually taking a break at all, so with me being sick making me take a break whether i want to or not, i actually feel like I got my first bit of time off of working in so long. Social media stuff has been basically my entire life for the last year and a half. It felt so good to get even a few days of rest, even if it was kind-of sucky being sick. I feel a lot better mentally than I did before the new year, I don't think I talked about it much but I was honestly in a really terrible headspace.
I'm so glad to have had a bit of time off and I'm gonna slowly ease myself back in and see if I can optimize some of the things i've been finding have been causing me issues π
ALSO final update but I signed up for betterhelp finally to at least speak to some kind of therapist. I hope it helps a lot :)
