I’ve been making myself some lemon tea with honey and ginger 🍯🍋 — super simple but it always helps. Just hot water, a slice of lemon, a bit of honey, and some grated ginger. Perfect for soothing my throat and giving me a little boost.
Makes me really appreciate feeling healthy and being able to breathe without struggle. So, if you’re healthy, take care of yourself and don’t take it for granted! 💕
