They called me tonight from reception: "Kathy, you got some new workers here."
While I heard some laughing in the background, I knew something was wrong. Very wrong.
When I got to reception, there was a horrible, around 130kg/285lb woman, along with a homeless girl with no teeth holding a huge bottle of vodka.
"Hey manager, we came here to work!"
I just had to smile: "Sorry, we don’t need any cleaning girls — we have full staff."
I know it was mean of me, but I couldn’t help myself...
One of them leaned toward me and whispered: "Hey, fuck off! We want to work in your club."
I still couldn’t believe they were serious, so I just asked: "What would you do here?"
And the fat mama replied in a deep voice: "we do EVERYTHING!!" :))))
Well, a long time ago, I wrote on this profile something like: We are trying to give almost every girl a chance, and then the invisible hand of the market will be the judge.
Well, the word “almost” was very important...
(Just to avoid sounding super mean — I completely understand that some workers in this business are on the lower end of the spectrum, and not everyone is so privileged. Even though I like to help people and don’t judge others’ personal lifestyles or choices, as a manager, I simply couldn’t let them work with us — even though I felt sorry for them.)
