I never learned how to play it before. Didn’t even try. Only maybe played table tennis before. I learned fast, it’s not that hard. But big tennis is really different from table tennis, the field is much bigger and u need to run a lot
U have to be physically strong to do that. I do sports and all, been training for a while, but I still need to work on my endurance for running. But the more I train, the better it gets. I’ll keep working!
I tried for the first time three days ago 😅 I really liked it. It’s a super cool way to reset the body, the brain, even the eyes. U focus on the ball all the time and it’s actually good for the eyes too.
At the first lesson I was learning to hit with both my right and left hand. We played on a small field, so it wasn’t super hard. But I had to remember the right way to move. I do a lot of extra movements and that makes me tired fast.
Today I played again. We used the big field this time and it was way harder. We practiced hitting the ball and a bit of serving at the end. I got more tired today, because there’s more running and u need to move fast and follow the ball everywhere.
I got tired, but I still feel the same — I really liked it. It’s such a cool way to let the body relax. I’ll keep learning, keep going, and filming content 🔥
