Sometimes our toys just don't do it for us. Not even our favorite ones. This was one of those times for me. I know just how to place it, exactly where it goes to get me every time- but alas, the toy kept moving, edging me the entire video until I couldn't take it any more. I know I'm not the only one who feels the frustration when our body or our toys or even our partners aren't able to reach the "destination" we think we are meant to. In a lot of media, intimacy is a race where the climax is at the finish line but in real life that can translate to feeling shame around not climaxing soon enough or feeling like our body is just broken because the stimulation we crave isn't satiating us. You even hear me apologize in this video for taking too long to finish even though i know logically that isn't something to apologize for. The safety to get reassurance in the middle of the act helps me relax and allow my body more time, a new position, a new mindset even, keeping us on the right path instead of spiraling into shame because of something I feel my body should or shouldnt be doing by now. There is no should, there is no time limit (quickies aside), and there definitely shouldn't be shame around how our bodies react or not to stimulus. Sex isnt just an orgasm, its a shared experience between souls. The beauty is in the journey, Not the destination.
