Although I haven’t finished reading it yet, the book inspires me to set goals and slowly move towards them📈The topic of affirmations is especially close to me – I’ve already mentioned them before. They help me look at life a little differently, make it simpler and more understandable
The author offers a simple but effective morning practice based on six elements: silence, affirmations, visualization, exercises, reading and writing. All this can be done in literally 10–30 minutes in the morning, and over time, such habits really begin to change your internal state✨✨
