remember when i promised you an Asian recipe? well.. here it is^^
i’m obsessed with simple but super yummy dishes and one of my favs is noodles with teriyaki chicken!
here’s what you’ll need:
-100g chicken
-your fav noodles
-1 small carrot
-100g red bell pepper
-1-3 garlic cloves
-1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-a little oil
-sesame seeds
-spices (i luv ginger, garlic, chili)
how to cook it:
1. fry the chicken with garlic and spices until cooked
2. cook the noodles
3. grate the carrot, prepare the red bell pepper, and add them to the chicken. let everything cook together for about 10 minutes.
4. add noodles to the pan, pour in the teriyaki and soy sauces, mix well and cook for another couple of minutes.
5. before serving, drizzle a little oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top
