I recently took part in one of the most incredible 5 day challenges...
Every night we had to consciously strip for ourselves in front of the mirror...
The first night I was my cheeky and playful self. I put music on and teased the woman staring back at me.
And felt super horny afterwards which I am sure my boyfriend was very pleased about. He watched me in my practice from the bed and I felt extra cheeky.
The following nights I had some big emotional experiences as I was coming up to my bleed so it was a rollercoaster.
One night I cried and held myself as I looked at my reflection. I felt loved and cared for all on my own. This was a huge lesson as you can't always expect others to be there for you.
