I created a "clean" version of the skin and also used a dirt map to create the blood-spattered skin. I also re-created a full head of hair. The cape has bones added and dforce modifier applied. It's hit or miss, but you should be able to get something decent. I had to pull on bones on the cloak shoulder in the image above as an example. Bones are added to the necklace for a little movement, but the beaded part of the necklace isn't connected, so it doesn't move as nicely as the chain portion. Dforce modifier is also applied to the dress. There was also a lowered hood mesh included in Kanbara914's extracted files that I added. Morphs were created for breast shape and outfit shape.
It looks like the other two sisters wear the same outfit, so should be fairly easy to get them done. I will be traveling end of the week, so might not happen until I get back.
If there are any issues, let me know. Enjoy!
