Download the app: IntoLive onto your phone, then open up patreon on the phone, click to open the zip files, scroll to the one you want, press the box with an arrow in the bottom left. This will show you all the actions you can do with it, such as text it, email, save, etc. Scroll across the icons until you see "More". Select that. Then scroll down to "Open in IntoLive". That will put the wallpaper into IntoLive where you can then create the LivePhoto wallpaper you want. Then save and follow directions on the app on how to find and make it a life background. Hope this helps.
