[F4A] Sleepy Mind Travels [Sleep Hypnosis] [Raw audio] [Mantra] [creative PMR induction] [Confusion] [No wakener] [Early Release] [SFW]
🕑 Added 2024-03-15 05:34:14 +0000 UTCHello darling traveler!
I hope this audio finds you well, and perhaps nice and tired already for me, perhaps needing a little help getting to a nice state of rest.
Summary: This audio is a bit of a PMR (progressive muscle relaxation) induction with a confusion twist. I change the pacing of my words to toss your mind around a bit, and describe some beautiful scenery in nature as I lull you softly to sleep. I reassure you that you are doing so well, and that it is perfectly lovely for you to do what I tell you to help you get to sleep.

You know I always love to do something soft after a more intense file sometimes, and this is what I was feeling tonight. I hope it finds you if you need it.
Much love my sweet sleepy traveler 💖
Goodnight, and good sleep 😊😴💖

Thanks for this one! You know it's good when you haven't reached the end of the file yet after 3 listens on different nights! Goodnight! <3
