I had never heard of it before, apart from an Ethiopian place I have been to a couple times. They had eggplant salad, lentils soup, and baked veggies(tomato, eggplant π, pepper, etc) with beefy filling goodness. Spicy and so good. The family was so nice and super smart. They're trying to start a company to provide healthy meal delivery from Sudanese selection. Claims it can reverse diabetes π€·ββοΈ. It was my first exposure, so if you have any insight on solid name ideas, whisper it in my ear sometime soon....or discord DMs π

My family gets pretty diverse too. This year we had guests from Sudan and Senegal. Lots of Sudanese cuisine along with Cambodian and Ecuador. Plenty of the staple turkey and stuffing and other American food too. π
