A few people have come to me with a discussion that they have Aphantasia, or the lack of being able to visualize things, or have a "mind's eye" within their head. I have been thinking of this a lot for some time every time I create an audio, and have tried to defer from saying things like "picture this" or "visualize" and instead just don't bring focus to it as much, so that if you do struggle to visualize, my words won't take you out of trance...you can just listen to the induction and words and enjoy!
I will work on adding some fun soundscape to this audio and will be posting it to YouTube (and here) soon!
Summary: My vocal cords travel from me and vibrate your ears. I gradually talk you into a nice long trance using sounds and touch. You let me in willingly, and we do a fun little countdown together.

That was the interesting part of my research on aphantasia was the ability to experience different things other than seeing seemed much more obtainable! I plan on working more with "motor imagery" going forward (feeling of floating, or spinning and balance things etc). I think that using vivid descriptions is one thing, but trying to get someone to "see it" in their mind when they are aware of the difficulty is the thing I will keep present in my head. Thank you for the feedback! 💕🥰

Loved this one, especially the countdowns. Thank you for giving me a new word! I have always had trouble visualizing. It doesn't pull me out of trance, I just _think_ the object or scene as best I can. Now music OTOH... Looking forward to watching the finished version tonight.😊

Outstanding. Different - especially that joint countdown: curious effect from that one. I love the way Miss Smutty sneaks up on me. I was in a meeting at the office and decided to give this a slight listen. Just enough to give me a feel for how it goes. Thirty minutes later I woke up not knowing where I was! *L*. I checked out completely but nobody noticed. I’ll be listening to this one again today for sure! *G*

This sounds great. Being told to see or feel something usually doesn't pull me out if I can't, I just kinda miss out on that part of the experience. But being told I *CAN* feel/see/hear something that I can't makes me very aware that it's not working. Weirdly an experience I can't experience, like feeling my brain drain out of the base of my skull like a tap, is totally fine. But something I actually know like fingers running over me I'm aware that what I'm experiencing is Not That. Not to suggest that a vivid description of something I am familiar with can't be... effective for these purposes.
