Well that sucks. Found quite a few, had to read ToS, Content Policy, Acceptable Use etc, and because they're not huge like Google Drive they haven't any issues so far when it comes to objectionable content, let's hope that stays. Take a look at: Internxt, Box, Degoo, Yandex Disk, Sync, and Blomp. LetsUpload and Dropbox, while not outright restricting it, may remove the content.
