Mornings are the best. Get up early, watch a sunrise, have that peaceful cup of coffee, contemplate tasks both large and small, follow some yoga or exercise via internet and only then if I have to, put some clothes on to go outdoors and face the day.

I’m a slow starter. I like to lay in bed slowly waking up. I reach for my iPhone to check for any emails or messages then check the news and weather.
