These last two illustrations have been some of my favorite stuff of yours. The gesture and energy in the posing, but also just the overall composition and use of color... I also LOVE the overall silhouette and the sense of character in both. It's just good to see you having unselfconscious FUN drawing/painting. I think you sometimes get to hung up on having to produce a specific thing, when I think that most everyone is pretty happy when you're just producing. I draw/write myself, and I find it comes a lot easier when it's just my muse than when it's fulfilling a goal...that takes a different skill set to hammer things into place rather than just seeing what comes out.
