If there is one main concert behind this riff for you to discover and cherish, it's the use of open strings. In the song's key of E mixolydian, your open E, A, and D notes are all in the scale. So you can use them to your advantage! If you look at the last measure for instance, there's a while where the left hand is only playing half the notes. Now that's efficient!
PS - One correction on the TAB: the last 2 notes of measure 1 is 4 slide into 6, not 4 slide to 7.

Wow those pull offs are *chef's kiss*. Very fun riff to play. Are the pull offs mixed lower than the beginning of the riff in the song? Seems like something that might get a bit lost with everything going on.

I love this! It's so bouncy. I thought it'd be way out of my skill level til you pointed out the open strings--that makes sense! So it's less complicated to play than it seems.
