Last week I was having trouble detecting the gender of the babies when a sim is pregnant with multiples, but with the help of the wonderful Lot51 I was able to fix this issue. Lot51 makes wonderful top tier mods and recently released a mod that turns cows and llamas from Cottage Living into free range animals! Check it out here if you haven't seen it yet
Now your sim will be able to find out the gender for each of the babies during their ultrasound scan! The image below shows what it looks like when a sim is pregnant with triplets. The ultrasound scan will support up to 6 babies.
This week I also worked on cleaning up the early pregnancy interactions and creating all the moodlets.
The moodlet for the "nap together" interaction will change depending on your sim's pregnancy status.
Partner sims moodlet will be affected by their pregnancy preferences(i.e., if they have the "hates children trait" or a "unwanted pregnancy" through RPO they will be sad after the nap)
and here's an example of the moodlet they might get when the pregnant sim is in labor.
During the ultrasound scan your sim will take off their top and put on a random bralette so that their stomach is exposed during the scan.
this means your sim will likely wear a different one every time they get an ultrasound. I want to test and see how well it works after the release, because the alternative is either A) making everyone wear the same bralette. Or B) make everyone take off their top, but if you play with WW your sim will be half naked which might seem kind of inappropriate ._ .
One potential issue with this is if you have cc with incorrect tags (i.e., a full bodysuit tagged as a bralette) it might cause your sim to wear the full bodysuit that doesn't expose their stomach. But I dont know likely that is going to happen until I get feedbacks after the release.

I also finished adding all the moodlets for the "Share pregnancy news" interaction
The moodlet your sims get will be affected by their traits (whether or not they have the "hates children trait" and their pregnancy wishes(only available if you use RPO)
when sharing the news with a friend (30+ friendship), you can find the interaction under the "friendly" category. However you must have the ultrasound scan in your sim's inventory for this interaction to appear
your sim will get this moodlet if they dont hate children and is happy about the pregnancy
and the friend will get this moodlet as long as they dont hate children
and that's all I have this week.
I know you guys are getting antsy to know the release date XD All I can say is it's for sure getting release this month.

- One more "share pregnnacy news" animation for when pregnant sim doesn't want the pregnancy but partner sim does

Im trying to squeeze in my Maybe list because the mod just doesn't feel complete without them. I will report back in a week to let you guys know how it's going.

Yes I actually did when the mod first came out and I went straight to it when my sim was in 2 trimester,

Ohh, did you set the stretch marks to permanent in child birth settings?

No. But it might be coincidental that I went into CAS to change my sim lol but they faded away like a few sim hours after giving birth.

Let me just say first. You are amazing. I did want to let you know that I wanted the stretch marks to be permanent but they disappeared right away. The moment i went into CAS they disappeared.

hii, a popup will just show up and ask you to take your sim to the hospital for an emergency C-section

exciting! looking forward to the january release :) just curious - for the birth emergencies, if you don't call for a midwife and there's complications what happens? also will emergencies make the sims go into a rabbithole? or GTW hospital?
