You need your sim to call the OB when your Sim is in the first trimester

How do i get this to work? I downloaded and put it into my mods folder but when it came to my sims giving brith, it was the exact same as normal..

I don't believe there is a cheat for that. There is a mod that removes it called wicked whims but beware around small children or if you are under 18! There may be more mods available that only remove the pixels. You may want to check Mod the Sims or just google it.

This looks great and the graphics with the censors off aren't that graphic (tastefully done to me) but I appreciate the blur being on as a default. Is the process the same when the mother has multiple babies? Also, if you have the time, is there a way you could have the companion wear scrubs as well? If not, no problem, just glad companion is sitting there and not jumping up and down for a few seconds then just randomly walking away to go pee or get a snack during the delivery...LOL!!! You're almost done and I am so excited for this mod!!!
