I think it looks great with the way it is in the pictures. I would probably look for a underwear item that looks like nursing bra or sleep bra and not sexy lingerie to wear when they go into labor. This is amazing. :)

This is amazing. I agree with the quirkiness of the baby being born in a diaper. I think let her wear her underwear. A half gown would just be weird. She can change back to her hospital gown after the baby comes if you chose to do that. Sims world they usually grab the baby and merrily go home! Thank you for your hard work!

I think if you could do the top half of the body in the hospital gown and then the lower half expose when starting to push, it would look more realistic. Regardless, whatever you decide to do, it'll be far more than anything we currently have in that aspect of the game so I'll be incredibly grateful regardless!! :)

I live in the UK, and gowns were only on for a c-section, normally new mums here wear their own night dress, or (as in my case) just a bra lol! Just a couple of questions- What about multiples? Can the player be the sim doctor if they work at the hospital? Is there the delivery of the placenta before sim loses baby bump? - I genuinely don't care too much for this! But it's also a big part of childbirth that I didn't know about at all prior to giving birth. BTW, this is BRILLIANT, and you are HUGELY talented! Thank you! ❤
