🕑 Added 2021-12-07 04:06:45 +0000 UTCThis is a list of mods I have always wanted to make, I put the off in the past due to the fact they are either extremely time consuming, or have some sort of technical difficulties I haven't had the time to figure out. Now that I have more time on my hands, I want to start crossing stuff off this list! Some of the ideas come from my patreons as well, so be sure to leave a comment if you have any suggestions! This will also make it easier for me to know what to work on next, I will likely be updating this list as I get more ideas in the future
1. Small Pets🦎🕷🐍
I want to make more small pets that players can keep, I thinking of pets like birds, snakes, lizards and tarantula etc. Obviously all the pets will require custom animations, so this is indeed a time consuming project, but since I had the experience of working on the cow mod, it shouldn't be too difficult in the technical part.
2. Zoo Mod 🦁🐘🦒
This is something I've always wanted to make, but it is going to be a HUUUUge project, I expect this to take me at least 3 months of time to make. I want to add various zoo animals into the game which will turn into a functional zoo that your sim can visit or work at as an active career. The only thing I have no solution for right now is the fact that the lot size in sims4 aren’t big enough to have large animals like elephants, giraffes and lions etc. However it looks like TwistedMexi is cooking up something interesting with his open world projecy so i will wait and see.
3. Amusement Park🎢🎪🎡🎠
This is another big project. I want to make a functional amusement park with a Ferris wheel, marry go around, tea cups and other rides that sims can go on. I also want to make small game booths that sims can play and win prizes from. This could potentially turn into a active carrier as well that allow you to own and maintain the park. There are some technical difficulties I haven’t quite figured out yet at the moment, so this will definitely be something further down the line.
4. Realistic Child Birth👶🍼
the childbirth in the game is…strange to say the least, especially if your sim goes to the hospital to give birth (what's with the machine ripping a heart out of the sim?). So I want to make a override that changes how sims give birth, and make the process more realistic and memorable.
5. Arcade Game Center🎯♠🎮
I want to make a set of arcade game machines that sims can play on or compete against one another. However it looks like Cepzid is currently making an arcade pack, so I might skip this one.
6. Ballerina Mod🩰
I want to make a mod that allows sims to learn ballet and even pursue a career in ballet dancing. Ballet dancing will be a added as a new skill and can be obtained by sims of all ages(except for babies). Sim as young as Toddler can take lessons and practice at home to increase their skill which will be carried over as they age up.
7. Better Gym🤸♀️🥊
I want to expand the options of gym equipment so that gyms are less sad looking. This should be a fairly simple one with little to no technical challenges.
8. Tooth Fairy Mod🦷
This mod will make it possible for toddlers to Loose their baby teeth. Once a tooth start to loosen they will occasionally reach into their mouth and touch the tooth with their hand. After they loose their first tooth adults can then tell them about the tooth fairy, if they do believe in the tooth fairy they will have the option to put their tooth under their pillow at night, and receive something special from the tooth fairy in the morning. This mod will also add oral hygiene for toddlers and toddlers will be able to brush their teeth
9. Toy Instrument Pack🎹🥁🎸
A set of toy instruments for toddlers such as a toy piano, toy drum, wrist bells, shaker eggs, and maybe a recorder for children as well.
10. More Functional Furniture🛏🛋💻
This is a pack for objects that should be in the game, but somehow arent. They are mostly things people have suggested to me in the past, and so far I have things like wall mounted microwave, hammock, futons and toddler table etc. I will do another poll and ask what you guys want when the time comes.
11. Artistic Career🎨🖼🖌
I’ve been doing drawing and paintings for as long as I can remember and I also went to art school in college so artistic stuff will always have a special place in my heart. I want to make a mod that adds watercolor painting , pencil sketching and architecture design into the game. All three of them will be added as a new skill as well as a new career. This will be somewhat challenging technical wise as I’ve never made career mods before.
12 Ikea Pack🛏
Im a sucker for ikea and their meatballs, so I want to make an ikea mod pack. This pack will have a set of ikea inspired furnitures, all of which must be assembled before they turn into the actual furniture.

I wish someone would create a "natural disasters" mod. Random earthquakes/tornados and so on. Do a whole weather alert on the phone, then have the sims follow the weather on the news, create safety shelters and so on. It would go with the seasons game perfect!

What about a mod that allows our female sims to wear handbags Im think I got more on the rams of when the sims sit the handbag goes into the sims inventory and once the sim gets back up it reappears on the sims shoulder or hand depending on what type of handbag is it there are so many cc creators that make really nice bags but it’s useless for sims at this moment

I would still love to see a wall microwave, more kid-kid and kid-toddler interactions and some of the items from the self-care and science and tech stuff packs that didn't make the vote (when we got nifty knitting). I really, really want a normal size telescope usable by children. The Pancake1 made a beautiful conversion from sims3, but only adults can use it.

Please please please with the after school activities, families can't attend games if they do basketball or football or acting or even your ballet mod, we want the family to be able to attend recitals, PLEASE!!!
I'm with you. I wish we could walk around with the baby or sit with them, just hold them more, it's really frustrating.
I think it would be cool to have a mod that lets kids and teens get picked up by a bus for school, the report card animations from previous sims games and finally a stroller i desperately want strollers

Your mods are amazing. I hope one day someone can override the toddlers walking ability and make them start crawling. So annoying lol. Teach to walk. Well, it’s walking. 😒

In the future, maybe you could try making a gymnastics skill working like the ballet skill you said here. Just an idea because I’ve wanted gymnastics skill for soooo long in the game!!

As a fellow artist (with a lot of artist sims in game), I'm hoping you'll prioritize an artists pack at some point.The ability to paint/ draw on a flat surface would be great, a drafting desk, computer graphics, modeling and sculpture, ceramics- these would all be wonderful!
More activities for kids! I’d love my kids to be able to sit at the table and draw/finger paint/proper paint together. Or kids/toddlers play hide and seek. Or kids play with toddlers. Crawling and a smaller toddler body….a dress up trunk full of costumes band imaginary play! So many ideas!

omg the ballerina mod? I think it was sims three.. maybe two.. but the kids could learn that skill at the barre and they had the cutest little tutus.
Love the ballerina mod idea. I have another idea could you possibly make a toddler stroller/ park. As I’ve never modded I don’t know how difficult this will be. Hopefully can be functional too.

These are great !!! Since you love making toddler mods a functional stroller for toddlers would be a great supplement as well! It would be amazing to use the strollers at the amusement parks and zoos!

About the comment re: TheKalino - Here's some ideas if you'd like to consider it assuming that technically they'd all be dogs or cats. Maybe if the customized animal had traits that might make you feel a way about it (if that's even possible: for example, scary with a fearful moodlet (for an animal that might look like a lion, tiger, etc, majestic with an awed moodlet for something that might look like a horse or a giraffe, a cuddly moodlet (pandas, bears) (might look a little romantic, but might have one of the baby interactions) - or made favorites as to what type of animals a sim likes.

Impossible to choose just one! Would love to see any of these options. Maybe custom instruments for adults someday? Necrodog has some with animations and custom sounds but no custom skills. Maybe he’d be interested in you improving what he’s made? If/when you do zoo/small pets you should consider a collab with TheKalino on tumblr. She’s made custom small pets and zoo animals. But no custom animations. They are just the original animal with a new look. But maybe you could use her creations as a base then make it an actual custom animal. Might save some time! I’m attempting a zoo lot with her creations and the lot restrictions are a big issue. I’ll need to make it on 2 lots I think which is annoying. Excited to see what you come up with!

Firstly YOUR AMAZING!!!! second, these are some great ideals :) I voted for realistic childbirth first. But would love to see tooth fairy Mod and a ballerina mod. But honestly, anything you make will be loved and appreciated.

I love all these ideas but I also don’t want anything that requires a separate download, like the open world mod for example. My mods folder is already bursting and my game is super laggy but I still love being able to include smaller packs!

OMG those all look great ! Buuuut if I have to pick only one (which is heartbreaking), I'd go for the zoo. I'm also very excited about amusement park that would perfectly complete other mods (from Necrodog and Caradriel) and I'd love to see an active career as long as the ability for toddlers to enjoy amusement park activities as well.

My top 3 are definitely the realistic child birth, ballerina & the amusement park. I also have a / suggestion based on the ballerina mod. I don’t know how possible this would be, but I always wanted an ice skating type of mod where you could Pursue a career into & would love for it to be a full skill set! You could also have competitions as well! Like I said before, don’t know how possible it would be, but I definitely think you have the talent to pull it off🤗

I've been waiting for a ballet mod for so long 😍 But I agree about the tooth fairy being for children. I can't remember exactly when I started losing my baby teeth, but it was definitely closer to 7/8 years old than a toddler.
