Something that would be cool would be if the first birth had special moments that are not in subsequent births. I can't remember what you said has been/will be integrated regarding preferences from Lumpinou's mod, but, as an example, maybe the first time a parent who wants children has a child, it's all mushy gushy while future children get a slightly more neutral reaction. Not trying to discount the amount of time and work that would take or demanding or even expecting it, just saying it would be really cool.
