Same here, subbed because I thought I would get the models in the header and pinned post. Nearly forgot about it, but thought I managed to sub an hour before Pacific midnight, but guess I messed up and it was too late already, because I wasnt charged for renewal since and the sync download was already taken down then. Oh well... :(

Cyber Forge has an agreement with Myminifactory i think, I just download them from there. Normally get an email around the start of the month.

Didn't manage to get the files this month either. Titan Forge does a better job, so it's weird to me I have so many problems with the Cyber Forge version using the same websites where I'm having to try multiple times each month to hope for a good time/day to download from sync (biggest problem being the download all button being horrible, once it starts usually works okay).

Once again I'm unable to download all the files because of the terrible performance of sync. I'm assuming the files will be removed at some point soon? You guys really need to start looking at alternative methods, every month there's lots of people complaining about sync

I'd also prefer to get the monthly models via MMF, or another shop like DrivethruRPG. Sync download speeds are mediocre at best for me.

every time I try to download either the Welcome Zip or the November Zip it takes ages to do it and then just turns into a HTM document in my downloads, or else is giving me a "bad gateway" error on Sync. Edit, Managed to get it working.

I Love the work like always, but i have noticed that the Machine Gun went more snub nosed barrel now. Is there a reason there is not long barrel? I still love it, & I can always kickbash a long barrel.

Hello all ! I tried yesterday evening and it said 21 days !!! Si I tried again this morning and the zip file went in just 24 minutes !!! When I check the files, rock3 seems to be empty... Everything else seems to be ok.

I'm loving Cyber Forge so much! One set that I would love to see is a set devoted to the more "invisible" citizens of Cyber cities. Street urchins, beggars, guttersnipes, haggard merchants selling stolen goods...things of the like.

When asking about further options for the future I would love to see more military vehicles and a mech made by the cyber force gangs! Iâm so loving your vehicles. Thank you. Ps on downloading. At release is always harder. Either try downloading at less peak times or wait a few days. Sync is overwhelmed at the beginning of the month every month.

While that "will work", I don't have hours to download each file and verify it, and frankly in 2020 that is kind of ridiculous (not to mention ironic for "cyberpunk" files!). I sent a DM to Cyberforge and they acknowledged the file distribution sucks -- IMO this should be their top priority to fix. As I said, if people get too frustrated with it Cyberforge will lose subscribers, and I'd hate to see that, their products are excellent.

try just downloading the zip file at the bottom of the list rather than the download all option. if that doesn't work then downloading individual folders one by one works

My best work around for the failing downloads is to download all folders separately, if the folder fails, then individual files in that folder. its time consuming but we have a whole month to do it.

Unfortunately, either GDrive or DropBox does not have a safe cypher option enough for us. And there are also problems with linking. We are working on solutions but it is not that easy as just downloading a file :( we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Cyberforge, I know you know about this issue, but Sync just plain sucks. Been trying to download all morning and just keep waiting for the one lucky download that succeeds like I did last month. As a digital content company, having reliable access to your files is essential; at this point even a simple Dropbox folder would be better than what you have. I love your amazing products, but I'm worried some of your subscribers will start looking elsewhere for content if they can't get the files they are paying for without jumping through these frustrating hoops.

Still has issues. I got a Bad Gateway error when trying to download anything, and took several tries to make it work. Guys, seriously, just use GDrive.

I would like seperate weapons that can be used for conversions. Like i hope the guitar weapon is a seperate file I would also love parts that can be incorporated into my 40k forces.

EDIT: After 4 hours and multiple attempts, download failed. I don't know what I have to do. Is there any alternative to download it? A temporary link on Mega/Dropbox/WeTransfer/Whatever via private message, maybe? As I understand you have some limitations to offer download options, I also think this is really frustrating for the user. I'm really happy with the miniatures each month, but a little bit disappointed with this issue :( sync.com doesn't work in my case. I tried 3 times. Download failed after some minutes. No luck...
