To get sync to work I have just clicked on Download All, it sits there for while, then I stop the dialogue box and click Download All again and it usually works. HTH

If you upload a zip file of all the files we can just download that. Sync is doing my head in, it's just loading and loading not doing anything.

I have this problem with everyone using sync, I have found that if you continue to start and stop if it does not update right away. I always seem to it to download after the 3 or 4th try.

I think it's the zipping that seems to be the problem - at least for me, when it comes to Sync. Titan Forge have added a pre-zipped file that contains the entire month's release, and that has addressed the issue for me since Sync doesn't have to zip the files for you. You just get a direct download. Perhaps that's something that could be done here at Cyber Forge too?

Sync is going crazy, some of our Patrons suggested some solution like removing ad blocker, restarting everything once it starts calculating, but you will have to check out the comments for more or ask on the discord channel maybe. If you will not download files once links expire, please let us know in private message and we will help with that. Sync almost always fails for me at least 3 times, often 10+... And it takes a long time before I know if it's just being slow or if it's actually failed, so the experience is more than a little frustrating.

Worked for me- I redownloaded the supported files from July and Welcome Pack with zero problems. Using Windows 10 with Chrome browser.

Actually is not, in July you only get parts for CED: Torso, engines and weapons, all other parts like pelvis and legs are from basic CED from Welcome Pack. Hope that helps!

I Found that opening the link in an incognito window then putting in the password helped. Otherwise i got an infinite "Calculating size - please wait" message. maybe it will help people having problems.

Sync continues to fail at the "calculating size" step repeatedly, consistently if there are embedded directories. I've been working around it by going into each directory in turn, but it's tiresome and potentially error-prone. Can you please address this?

yeah ive had that syncing issue with every patreon im subscribed to that uses it this month, its easy enough to get round in my experience, just cancel the download and retry, been like it all month tbh, will work within at least 3 trys or at least it has for me so far, thanks for this heads up as i almost missed the files, really looking forward to the cyberpunk and scifi stuff, not much interest in the "space force" marines but hopefully with the modular way you have been doing a lot of them you should be able to please multiple sides of the fence without annoying anyone, can we get a.d police esque heads for your modular figures at some point? would especially like to do the august apc and armored car in an a.d police style for my cyberpunk games though the cyberforce heads from july will probably suffice for now, really looking forward to seeing what you guys do and watching this grow

yep, spin spin spin on the calc size stage. I had a strugle getting some small files out of it the other day. Potentially they're getting maxed out server side as everyone scabbles to download everything towards the end of a month.
